Description:
The four-valve technology is one of the sensitive parts of these otherwise robust engines: regular replacement of the chain and its sliding elements is essential to avoid major damage. The timing chain maintenance kit is quality “Made in Germany”.

Notice:
In many vehicles, only the upper sliding shoe and the chain have been replaced over the years for cost reasons. But also the lower sliding shoe runs in and becomes porous. Therefore, better prevent the risk and take a look under the valve cover.
